- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including other lawyers and business development teams, to identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Providing day-to-day operational support to clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A UK law degree and qualification as a Solicitor
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a Funds or Corporate team at a reputable law firm
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality legal services to major asset management clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
