As a Senior Outreach Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping hospitals and health plans improve their revenue and deliver community benefits by assisting patients and plan members in enrolling in government-funded assistance programs. Role Overview: In this fast-paced contact center environment, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills to screen health plan members for eligibility in Social Security benefits and/or supplemental Nutritional Assistance programs. You will provide support and guidance to those who meet specific criteria, assisting in the submission of applications to the appropriate government agency.
