? Perform operational responsibilities such as market analysis, salary ranges, and job descriptions
? Audit and maintain compensation policies/programs for compliance
? Develop content for education and training on compensation programs
? Manage the annual merit cycle for various pay structures

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or mathematics preferred
? 3+ years of advanced compensation analysis experience or equivalent
? Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments
? Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
? Ability to manage assigned projects effectively
