Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
- Process payments on behalf of clients and provide necessary documents before and after travel
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and policies
- Work collaboratively in a team setting, completing required certification and ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States
- Reliable internet access and a smartphone and/or computer
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
- Computer and internet knowledge, with personal travel experience considered an advantage
