Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our computer systems
- Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Authorize sales and process transactions in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience
- Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of Rapid City, SD
- Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
