Global Services Group is a critical component of American Express's International Credit & Collections division. With approximately 6,500 colleagues and 2,300 partner colleagues, our team plays a vital role in protecting the company and enabling growth by minimizing financial losses and optimizing collection recoveries. Our organization is comprised of five groups, including US Credit & Collections, Global Fraud, Global New Accounts, International Credit & Collections, and Global Commercial Credit & Underwriting.
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Manager - Legal Affairs to lead our litigation and collections efforts for American Express's Global Services Group. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while driving critical business outcomes. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the litigation process, from filing complaints to post-judgment remedies, and working closely with administrative staff to achieve successful outcomes.

We're offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $155,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to support your physical, financial, and mental well-being.
