    Responsibilities:
  • Managing and organizing the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive
  • Conducting research, preparing reports, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Assisting with personal tasks and errands as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
