Job Summary: The Patient Financial Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients and guarantors, providing expert financial guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and courteous manner. You will be responsible for obtaining demographic, financial, and insurance eligibility information, verifying benefits, and ensuring that all required notices and consent forms are signed. Your exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide personalized support to our patients and their families.
