To manage a team of IT professionals focused on the delivery of large, complex strategic initiative across multiple development teams and with global impacts. Lead strategic IT initiatives; provide updates to all levels of management.
? Enterprise Architecture
? Business Architecture
? Analyze systems and applications.
? Conduct feasibility studies.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
? Establish and track KPI?s for Agile Release Trains
? Collaborate across Global business and IT teams in order to ensure initiative capabilities are delivered within scope and on schedule
? Act as a thought leader in SAFe Best Practices and their implementation
? Coordinate with the Architecture teams to leverage the business architecture blueprints to guide and inform all initiative success criteria (design principles, requirements analysis and management, capability definition and management, business process definition and integration, strategic roadmap definition and alignment, etc.)
? Demonstrated experience leading the development of scalable solutions
? Champion the use of business architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies for strategic initiatives
? Partner with industry analysts, software vendors and internal stakeholders as necessary to support key initiative delivery
? Extensive experience in the development and management of large-scale global initiatives leveraging Scaled Agile Framework practices
? Extensive project and program management experience

Preferred Qualifications: ? Executive presence ? Excellent verbal and written communication ? Scaled Agile Framework experience ? Scaled Agile Framework certifications ? Release Train Engineer Experience

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative degree or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.
