This entry-level role focuses on helping clients streamline their workflows using monday.com, with responsibilities including project organization, client communication, and technology configuration.
Responsibilities
• Work side-by-side with senior consultants on monday.com implementation projects — from discovery to delivery.
• Help document client needs, map business processes, and keep projects organized.
• Configure, test, and fine-tune monday.com boards and automations.
• Create reports, templates, and training materials that help clients succeed.
• Join client calls and demos to build confidence presenting and problem-solving.
• Stay on top of new monday.com features and share creative ideas with the team.
• Troubleshoot issues and find simple, effective solutions.
