Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our team. As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase, with a focus on drafting demand letters and negotiating settlements. You will work closely with U.S. law firms to prepare key legal documents, oversee client communication, and ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Role Overview: As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, your primary responsibility will be to draft comprehensive demand letters, summarize case facts, liability, and damages, and negotiate with insurance companies to achieve favorable settlements. You will manage cases from client intake through to settlement negotiations, driving successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft Demand Letters: Prepare persuasive demand letters that outline liability, damages, and settlement terms based on case details.
• Case Management: Handle the organization and management of pre-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports.
• Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and other involved parties to ensure optimal settlements.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case.
• Legal Research: Conduct research to ensure accurate and legally sound documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in AI tools.
• Availability: Must be based in the Philippines and able to work the night shift schedule.
