In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers and providing top-tier technical support to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently. As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel safe and supported. We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $18, with opportunities for growth and increases up to $21 per hour based on performance and schedule.
