As a CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. - Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organizational needs
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and other organizations to align on technical needs and implementations
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to the Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting regular audits to ensure best practices and optimal use of the platform
- Leading training sessions to upskill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience
- Strong technical skills, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work in the United States
