Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Hybrid Customer Care Professional to join our Corporate Card Member Services team at Blithequark. As a Customer Care Pro, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our Corporate and Small Business Card Members. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and recommend the right benefits and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls from Corporate and Small Business Card Members, learning about their needs and recommending the right Blithequark benefits or services.
- Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate appropriate product features, benefits, and other elements of Blithequark Corporate Card services.
- Continuously improve on building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and providing world-class customer service.
- Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
- Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Two years+ of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven success in a customer service call center environment (two years+).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment.
- Open availability for scheduling.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the financial services industry or with credit card products.
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
- Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or financial services.

Compensation and Benefits
