Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365, with hands-on experience using basic office equipment.
• Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute while asking pertinent questions and documenting caller responses.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
• Stable Internet connection, computer with Windows 10 or newer operating system, dual monitors, and battery backup.
• Compassionate demeanor and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
