Essential Qualifications
- Prior B2C high-volume support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CS platforms such as Helpshift or Zendesk, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate with customers in both languages.

- Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution (ACH, credit cards, chargebacks, etc.), with the ability to navigate complex payment-related issues.
- Willing and able to work flexible and/or extended hours (evenings/overnight), with a commitment to providing 24/7 support to customers.
