About the Role

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment

- Experience with live chat tools and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

- 3+ active savings/checkings bank account is a MUST, as this role requires a high level of financial responsibility and accountability
