The Role: Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our community, providing top-notch support and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience. This is a full-time remote role that requires a 4-day workweek schedule, which may include non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our support team operates 24/7, and we're looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, and text-based support to blithequark customers, partners, users, and other community members, addressing their concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize active listening skills to understand and confirm customer information, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Balance speed and efficiency with the need to deliver high-quality customer experiences, ensuring that our users feel valued and supported.
- Proactively monitor in-progress deliveries and take corrective action when necessary to prevent issues or delays.
- Manage non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Effectively use Salesforce and other internal tools to log interactions and solve issues, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members from various blithequark departments to ensure a seamless delivery experience, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A combination of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a technology or logistics company, where you've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with diverse personalities and customer types.
- The ability to quickly and efficiently problem-solve and troubleshoot, often in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
