As a Customer Service Representative Specialist within blithequark's Investments organization, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients and advisors, helping to build brand loyalty and enhance overall relationships.
Our Internal Services Group (ISG) is a multi-functioning support center that offers a unique opportunity to work with a sophisticated client base, navigate complex policies and procedures, and collaborate with our back-office departments to deliver seamless solutions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, provided you have a quiet, confidential space that meets blithequark's requirements. To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate a strong customer focus, with a deep understanding of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions. You'll also need to be skilled at managing risk, assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with your business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to blithequark's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Our base salary range for this role is $28,000.00 – $64,350.00, although salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
