Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Enter data into databases and spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
- Oversee order entry procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Create, update, and maintain data files using Excel, and generate reports as needed.
- Manage and organize electronic files for easy information retrieval and access.
- Conduct routine data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve efficiency and administrative procedures.
- Provide assistance with additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or comparable administrative responsibilities (ideal).
- Proficiency with databases and Excel, among other data management technologies.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Fundamental mathematical abilities for verifying numerical data submissions.
- Excellent typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with order input procedures (advantageous).
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating others.
- No prior solar or Data Entry Clerk experience required.
- Self-motivated and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.

Education
- High school or equivalent (Required).

- Competitive salary: $29.29 - $34.97 per hour.
- Flexible schedule: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, morning shift, night shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
