Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and collect reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, departments, and clients.
- Scan through information to identify pertinent data, correct errors, and organize it for accurate capturing.
- Create accurate spreadsheets and enter/update information into relevant databases.
- Ensure data is backed up and inform relevant parties about errors encountered.
- Store hard copies of data in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 1+ year of experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch typing skills.
