Key Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and manage social media marketing content and profiles across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform our social media strategy.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Set specific, measurable objectives and report on return on investment (ROI) to ensure the success of our social media campaigns.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize our online presence and improve our search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Respond to follower queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews, and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Oversee the design of our social media accounts, including Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications to ensure our online presence remains cutting-edge.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Designer/Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and product visualization skills.
- Hands-on experience in content management, with a deep understanding of content creation, curation, and distribution.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, creative content across multiple formats, including text, image, and video.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving website traffic.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, including social media advertising, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
