Job Details
We are seeking a motivated Attorney with experience in construction defect law to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, capable of managing their own caseload, and possess excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
? Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform case strategy.
? Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision.
? Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients.
? Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress.
? Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
? Ability to work with little supervision; prioritizes and anticipates work needs; works well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines.
Qualifications
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
? Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar.
? Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
