We have an opportunity for an experienced Traveling Project Manager with HVAC project success to plan, lead and oversee complex, large-scale projects ($5+ million) from inception to completion across the United States. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us! About You: • KNOWLEDGEABLE: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or relevant field or equivalent experience; in-depth industry and HVAC project management knowledge required • EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in HVAC large projects ($5+ million) with demonstrated success • A LEADER: Guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams • A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate verbally and written to varied levels of audiences • ADAPTABLE: Analyze, think critically, negotiate, and problem-solve; quickly adjust to a changing environment; successfully manage multiple priorities under time constraints • FLEXIBLE: Travel to client sites frequently – assigned projects will be across the United States; 20 – 40% travel required with additional travel as necessary What You’ll Do: • PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end • PRIORITIZE: Control a variety of projects at different stages of work • LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams • PERFORM: Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules • SERVICE: Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members What We Offer: • TOTAL REWARDS: Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; paid time off; and 401(k) retirement savings plan with discretionary company match • WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional, challenging, engaging and rewarding • TEAM: Play an integral role in a knowledgeable, high achieving, and experienced group of professionals • DEVELOPMENT: Opportunities to expand your mechanical, project management, and leadership skills Who We Are: The F.E.
