Sr Data Analyst(Remote Or Hybrid)
About the position Responsibilities • Contribute to Supply Chain problem solving with a focus on expense and efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the GSCL to drive data-driven decisions and influence change. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights in supply chain performance. • Mentor and develop less experienced analysts on the team. • Develop impactful visualizations and insights and communicate them to business partners in a clear, compelling manner. • Build expertise in Data capabilities and integrate with business partners and other data teams to accelerate the product development lifecycle. Requirements • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, data analytics, or a related field. • Experience gathering and analyzing datasets with various coding languages (python, SQL, R), with an interest in further developing these skills. • Experience with Target's database and reporting platforms such as Greenfield or BigRed. • Ability to work under ambiguous direction with comfortability self-directing, self-motivating, and figuring out the optimal path forward. • Experience with R and R Shiny Application development.
