Job Description An experienced servant leader and coach for across-functional agile team operating in complex and cross functional workacross the Security, Data and Networking domain areas related to transformationto the Cloud. The Scrum Master guides and facilitates a Scrum &/or Kanbanteam involved in a large fast-paced program implementing complex technology forbusiness-oriented solutions, through effective application of the agile basedSDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) and associated ceremonies, ensuring the agreedupon agile practice is being followed. Removing impediments and fostering ahigh performing team with a focus on continuous improvement resulting inquality and timeliness delivery. Scrum master experience in a complex large-scaleenterprise Experience in an agile environment in other roles; suchas quality assurance, development, product owner, or as an agile coach Proven knowledge and experience with agile softwaredevelopment methodologies, values, and procedures Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor theteam to reach their highest potential. Excellent team player and team builder Ability to work with all levels of the organization Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to workcollaboratively with diverse personality types Ability to understand technical issues at a high leveland communicate agile methodologies within the organization Must have exceptional communication, organization, andtime management skills Strong ability to manage multiple agile teams and ensurea proper balance between PMO (Project Management office, business andtechnology teams and management) Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficientin proposing solutions to complex problems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a highattention to detail Key Responsibilities Lead an Agile team to deliver business outcomes and drive's Agile maturity within their team Facilitate Agile events, team organization, andceremonies with one or more teams of varying complexity Facilitate the Agile Delivery team to relentlesslyimprove through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles(retrospectives) Promote and demonstrate core agile principles of collaboration, teamaccountability and transparency Leverage the metrics reports for their team and partnerwith the team to develop and implement the improvement strategies Collaborate with Engineering and Product to understandthe product and/or technical roadmap(s) in order to deliver capabilities usingan iterative approach Negotiate dependencies with teams by following dependencymanagement leading practices Embrace and promote a quality mind-set by supporting andpartnering with QA team members on KTD QA leading practices and standards Identify and remove any impediments/distractions thatinterfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments Support and promote the Agile team's OKRs and ensure thework is accurately entered, linked and tracked in the tool (i.e. JIRA) Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration andcreativity, and empower the team to self-manage around achieving theircommitments Support and empower theTechnology team to make appropriate commitments through story selectionand task definition Protect the Agile team from disruptive work, and promoteour leading practices and ensure changes are evaluated and intentional Must be able to perform the essential job functions ofthis position with or without reasonable accommodation Note to Vendors Top skills Self-starter Clear and effective communication skills Inspiring and guiding the team, while also being aservant leader who supports and empowers team members Ability to identify issues and find creative solutionsfor process improvements within the team Efficient time management Great facilitation skills Work Location (in office, hybrid, remote) Preference toCincinnati, half of team sits in Cincinnati office BTD, open to remote if noother options, must be in EST Is travel required No Max Rate if applicable best market value Prescreening 5 standard questions, HM will be watchingthese as first round of interviews When do you want this person to start Target start dateMarch 31st Interview process30 min interview to discuss roles andexpectations, will be reviewing video as an initial interview
