Description Position at Premier Early Childhood Education Partners Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking a Quality Support Specialist! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic professional who is passionate about early childhood education. To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a bachelor’s AND 3+ years of previous management and leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility. Preference for applicants based in Central Time Zone. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on education and experience Travel: This role will require at least 85% travel across our nationwide network of childcare centers, with the remaining time spent working remotely. We are a family-oriented, close-knit organization and we have a lot to offer our next team member including: • Competitive Pay • Incentive Bonuses • Professional Development • Generous Benefits Package, including Dental, Medical, and Vision Insurance • 401k with Match • Discounts for Childcare • Fun and Positive Place to Work • Open Door Policy Our Hiring Process: • Resume screen • Phone screen with Recruiter (30 minutes) • Virtual interview with Quality Assurance Supervisor (60 minutes) • Virtual interview with Vice President of Education and Operations (60 minutes) • Offer Main Job Responsibilities: • Serve as an Interim Center Director • Oversee the day-to-day center operations in line with our early childhood philosophy and best practice standards. • Participate and oversee in the preparation and maintenance of a variety of narrative and statistical reports, records and files related to assigned activities and personnel; compose and distribute correspondence. • Be a sales advocate for the center and successfully drive and grow enrollment by focusing on new enrollments, tours, marketing, and community engagement. • Develop and teach staff by conducting ongoing observations, staff training, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities. • Assist in implementing policies, procedures, rules, regulations, programs, and activities designed to develop assigned programs and services. • Identify key questions to ask the business in order to gain a deep understanding of center operations and uncover the most critical aspects of each role, enabling effective training of operations staff. • Collaborate with Regional Directors as a trusted advisor and business partner to design and implement impactful training programs across all childcare facilities. • Interpret, apply, and explain applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations.
