National Affiliate Agent Recruiter Real Life. Real Connections. What you’ll do: You’re a talent scout, energetically searching the real estate landscape to connect with high-performing real estate agents and let them know “We Want You.” Using your exceptional phone and sales skills, passion and enthusiasm, you’ll encourage them to meet with the broker by offering them an opportunity they can’t pass up: learning about the Franchise and the benefits of joining the team. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to create connections, build relationships and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to help grow our company. The ideal candidate will reside in the central or mountain time zone. Your responsibilities: • Agent recruiter: Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our managers through cold calls and warm leads. • Pipeline builder: Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates. • Reliable responder: Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents. • Consistent collaborator: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data. • Team player: Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals. • Technology adopter: Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Skype, Facetime, WebEx, iProspect and SalesForce.
