Lounge Hospitality Host - Remote

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and seamless experience within our airport lounges, ensuring comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain lounge food and beverage stations, ensuring freshness, safety, and appealing presentation. Restock and organize supplies, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, including cleaning spills, tables, and removing waste. Clean and maintain food and beverage equipment, including coffee, soda, and juice machines. Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing their needs and answering questions. Work independently and as part of a team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, squat, stoop, reach, and handle. Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to obtain a State Food Handler Grant and Alcohol Merchant/Server Certification. What We're Looking For: Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
