We're a growing YouTube channel portfolio looking for a skilled thumbnail designer to join our team on an ongoing basis. We produce content across multiple niches including true crime and documentary-style videos, and need someone who understands what makes thumbnails click-worthy.
What You'll Do:
Design 4-8 high-quality thumbnails per week
Follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to the table
Work from provided video topics/titles and reference images
Deliver thumbnails optimized for YouTube (1280x720, high contrast, readable text)
Revise based on feedback quickly
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails (please include examples)
Strong understanding of what drives CTR on YouTube
Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva Pro, or similar tools
Ability to create expressive faces, bold text, and eye-catching compositions
Reliable communication and turnaround (24-48 hour delivery expected)
Bonus: Experience with true crime, mystery, or documentary content
