We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our company. You will work remotely from your home office, with the flexibility to work on your own schedule.Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant role or related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
