The Director will provide ongoing reviews of standards-based units and lesson plans and, using student data, evaluates their efficacy. The role will assign and manage instructional staff to capitalize on teacher strengths and evaluates staff as directed by the Headmaster. The Director will address the professional development needs of individuals and staff in consultation with the ILT.
