Job Summary:
As an Expert Solution Consultant, you'll play a critical role in demonstrating the value of Adobe's Real-Time CDP to prospective clients. You'll develop tailored use cases, provide technical expertise, and serve as a trusted advisor to marketing and IT executives. Your primary objective is to understand clients' system architectures, identify areas for improvement, and showcase how Adobe's solutions can augment their existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the capabilities of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP
- Develop authoritative knowledge of the Experience Platform and its applications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges
Requirements:
- Experience with audience-based marketing, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and data management
- In-depth knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, and CTV
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, storage, movement, and security
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of working with remote teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
