Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and skill development of employees
• Train new and existing employees on client projects, emphasizing customer confidentiality and security to maintain the highest standards of service delivery
• Develop non-classroom communication and training materials, such as guides, manuals, and presentations, to support employee learning and development
• Assess individual participant and class performance, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Participate in minor client interaction, including Weekly Business Review meetings, effective curriculum feedback, and client visits, to ensure client satisfaction and needs are met
• Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with new employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Security, HR, Operations, and other relevant areas, to maintain compliance and risk management
