Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurses to join our pioneering eICU team in a remote capacity. In this vital position, you will deliver exceptional virtual care to critically ill patients across a diverse network of hospitals. Key Responsibilities Provide remote surveillance and support for critically ill patients. Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. React promptly to patient changes and assist with the management of acute medical conditions. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the establishment of best practices in eICU care. Serve as a mentor and resource for bedside nurses caring for critically ill patients. Required Skills Excellent communication abilities, critical thinking, and adept problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members. Proficient in responding to patient changes and managing acute illnesses. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in critical care nursing. Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state. Valid CPR/BLS certification. ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
