I need a Technical Requirements Architect who can transform a complete Figma prototype of a complex SaaS application (DocuPaint 2.0) into a fully documented, developer-ready technical specification. The ideal person must have a background in software architecture, enterprise SaaS requirements writing, and translating UX prototypes into precise functional and technical documentation.
This person must be able to:
• Read a large, multi-module Figma file and extract functional requirements for every screen, flow, and state.
• Define technical expectations for engineering teams: data models, API contracts, permissions, validations, error conditions, edge cases.
• Produce a full Master Requirements Book including functional specs, non-functional requirements, navigation logic, component definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Write JIRA-ready epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria that developers can implement without ambiguity.
• Identify missing UX logic or inconsistencies and propose clean, structured resolutions.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Think like a senior architect who knows how to freeze scope and eliminate interpretation risk.
The project involves a complex inspection/reporting SaaS with:
• Multiple user roles
• Multi-level project hierarchy
• Report creation workflows
• Data capture & validation
• Offline/online considerations
• File uploads
• Map/location logic
• Admin web panels
• Mobile/tablet app logic
• PDF generation
I do not need UI design or development.
I need someone who can turn a Figma prototype into a binding technical blueprint that the client will sign and the dev team can execute against without guesswork.
Only apply if you have experience as:
• Technical Product Architect
• Functional Architect
• Requirements Engineer
• SaaS Systems Analyst
• Solution Architect with strong writing skills
• Senior Technical Writer for enterprise software
Your deliverable must create absolute clarity for engineering and zero ambiguity for the client.
