Job Summary of Store Team Associate:
Shoe Carnival, Inc. is hiringa role to support our team during the holiday season. Associates will assist customers, support store operations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Team Associate:
• Provide excellent customer service with a kind and supportive demeanor.
• Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean and in order.
• Assist in inventory maintenance, replenishing supplies, and setting up visually appealing product showcases.
• Conduct Point of Sale (POS) transactions meticulously.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure a hospitable and effective environment is maintained.
Qualifications and Experience of Store Team Associate:
• The age requirement is set at a minimum of 16 years.
• Willingness to work shifts that include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Competence in basic math concepts is necessary.
• Capable of nurturing relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
