Lumen is looking for a Senior Lead Marketing Manager to drive the creation and delivery of unique market positioning and sales enablement materials for their Infrastructure Services solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, storytelling, and simplifying complex concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing.
- 7+ years of experience in a product marketing, sales enablement, product management or related role in the Technology field/market
- A deep understanding of IT solutions and the competitive space within them.
- Advanced communication and listening skills to interact with and work with a wide range of people and functions within the marketing disciplines including database, IT, product, channel, advertising and analyst relations.
- Direct B2B marketing experience with solid knowledge of marketing tactics.
- Knowledge of go-to-market (GTM) launch activities through the full lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- A great attitude - willingness to learn new skills, take initiative, and collaborate across teams.
- Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts.
- Passion to evangelize disruptive new technologies
