About the Role: Senior Staff Software Engineer
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Workwarp, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership on high-impact projects, influencing and coaching a distributed team of engineers, and facilitating alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the company's needs and goals.

- 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- 7 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools, such as TensorFlow, and artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture, and testing and launching software products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization, involving cross-functional and/or cross-business projects.
