Key Responsibilities: Driving Innovation and Excellence
- Manage the development and execution of Internal Audit activities, leveraging your knowledge of risk management capabilities, including identifying and evaluating risks and internal controls.

Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CPA or CIA, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of audit, risk, or related business/retail experience, with a strong background in auditing and enterprise risk management concepts.
- Subject matter expertise in marketing risks and business, with demonstrated strong professional judgment, critical thinking, and written/oral communication skills.
- Experience using data and analytical tools to solve business problems and in the audit lifecycle, including audit plan development, risk assessment, engagement execution, and issue management.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
