Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert client service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize HRIS and CRM software programs to analyze problems, determine the best course of action, and document client interactions.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Tier 3 support to research and resolve complex client inquiries that require critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and various support groups, including management, business units, and external partners.
- Research and resolve escalated cases accurately and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document and communicate recurring or significant issues to management, providing insights that inform product and service improvements.
- Mentor and train other customer service representatives, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns, internal team projects, and other initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tax professional training, and certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications
