- Lead the design and development of our flagship AI ops analysis tool for sales operations.
- Apply machine learning and AI techniques to extract insights from complex sales data and call center metrics.
- Build predictive models and automated analysis workflows that surface actionable intelligence.
- Pioneer AI-first approaches to sales performance optimization and operational efficiency.
Technical Leadership:
- Own and evolve the data transformation layer for sales operations, building robust, scalable models in tools like Looker, DBT, or equivalent frameworks.
- Design and develop advanced Looker semantic layers (LookML) including views, explores, dashboards, and governed metrics.
- Implement AI/ML pipelines and automation to accelerate analysis and generate deeper insights from large, complex datasets.
- Establish analytics best practices including code versioning, documentation, and performance optimization.
Strategic Partnership:
- Work directly with senior leadership to translate high-level business goals into analytical solutions.
- Define and operationalize core sales and call center metrics in partnership with stakeholders.
- Build and deliver high-impact analyses that identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical findings in business-friendly narratives to senior leaders.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with sales leadership, operations, product, and engineering teams.
- Promote self-service analytics by developing intuitive experiences and training end users.
- Ensure data quality and consistency through robust testing, monitoring, and validation processes.
