Job Description:
• WorkOS builds tools and services for developers to help them implement authentication, identity, authorization, and overall enterprise readiness.
• Fully distributed team with employees across North American time zones.

• Fast-growing customer base includes rapidly growing SaaS companies like OpenAI and hundreds of others.
• As RevOps Systems & Tooling, you will be the architect and operator of our commercial tools.
• Ensures seamless integration, automation, and data hygiene across various tools.
• High-impact role in a scaling startup, with opportunity to build and optimize RevOps.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
• Strong Salesforce expertise (admin-level skills preferred).
• GTM Tool Orchestration: Clay or Cargo or similar tools.
• Experience managing a GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, Koala/6sense, and call recording tools (Gong/Chorus/Attention.io).
• Data-driven mindset—comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling B2B SaaS company is a plus!
• SQL is a plus
