They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to manage the technical health of client accounts, solve technical problems, and ensure smooth digital operations.
Responsibilities
- Performing copy changes, small code additions, and routine maintenance
- Handling plugin updates and managing Google Analytics/Tag Manager integrations
- Managing website transfers and DNS updates to ensure smooth transitions
- Setting up Google Search Console and optimizing Google Business Profiles
- Acting as the go-to person for miscellaneous technical hurdles and "quick fixes" that arise for our clients
- Monitor and ensure website tasks are completed on time and in a correct fashion
Skills
- Ability to manage the technical health of client accounts
