Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
- Offer detailed information about our products and memberships, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Process incoming tickets and support customers throughout the entire customer life cycle, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the optimization of internal processes, helping us improve our services.
- Maintain and update our knowledge base and LimeSurvey manual, ensuring that our resources are accurate and up-to-date.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be enrolled full-time at a university.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a heart for our customers.
- The ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
