Key Responsibilities: Provide professional phone assistance to members, providers, and other stakeholders through our criteria-based prior authorization process Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all approvals and denials Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist as needed Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service position with high-volume call center experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar field Verifiable High School diploma or GED required Pharmacy Technician certification preferred but not required at a State or National level Ability to work from home with a dedicated quiet space, wired internet meeting 25mbps min download and 3mbps minimum upload speed Ability to sit and focus on work for the duration of the shift with no interruptions What to Include in Your Application: City and state of residence Previous experience working with CVS, including manager's name (if applicable) Any conflicts with the training schedule or planned time off during the assignment duration Screenshot of internet speed (must meet 25mbps down/ 3mbps up or better) Screenshot of license (if applicable) Join Our Team!
