Role Snapshot: Compensation: a competitive salary Position: Part-time Contract MFM Telehealth Position Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Workwarp   Position Summary: We are seeking a part-time contract maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) physician (about 10 hours per week) to join MiteraÂs growing team. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling. Liability insurance is provided. Responsibilities:  Conduct medical records reviews for gestational carrier candidates  Conduct telehealth appointments with gestational carrier candidates or other patients and gather health and pregnancy history, for screening purposes  Ensure that patients and/or family understand implications and risks for their pregnancies  Communicate this information to the patient, intended parents and referring clinician, if required  Maintain case documentation and prepare detailed summary letters for referring clinicians and partners  Maintain knowledge of latest relevant medical/scientific literature and standard of care guidelines and effectively communicate this knowledge across the organization and externally to patients and referring providers Requirements and Qualifications:  Existing licensure in multiple states preferred  2+ years of experience clinical experience post-fellowship preferred  Strong oral and written communication abilities  Detail-oriented  Competent with videoconferencing modalities and electronic medical record keeping About Mitera: Mitera is a national MFM telehealth platform that aims to optimize outcomes for mothers and babies through obstetrical screenings.
