About Us: DrLullaby is a virtual-first organization dedicated to transforming sleep care through evidence-based behavioral interventions. We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and CPAP acclimation support, delivering compassionate care with operational excellence. We are a mission-driven telehealth clinic specializing in behavioral sleep medicine. Our care is evidence-based, patient-centered, and backed by a compassionate, structured team. We’re looking for a Scheduling Specialist who can confidently follow scripts, reach out to patients, and help them get started with care that transforms lives. What You’ll Do: • Use provided scripts to contact referred patients by phone (minimum 80 outbound dials/day) • Guide patients through the appointment booking process using our EMR (Healthie) • Accurately log and tag every outcome in our CRM (Monday.com) • Follow all process steps to ensure patients are properly assigned to the right provider and payer • Participate in ongoing team communication via Slack and Google Meet KPIs & Expectations: • 80 double-dial outreach calls per day • 15–20 patients scheduled per day • Accurate CRM tagging and real-time data integrity • <24-hour turnaround on new referrals • Bonus pay awarded only for attended appointments You are a Fit If You Have: • Prior experience with outbound calls (call center, appointment setting, or sales) • Strong spoken English and warm communication style • Ability to follow a script exactly and reliably • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills • High-speed internet, HIPAA-compliant remote work setup, and headset Preferred But Not Required: • Familiarity with behavioral health, chiropractic, or telehealth scheduling • Monday.com, Healthie, or Twilio experience To apply, send your resume and 1 paragraph on why you are a great fit to:
