We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Technology Support Specialist to join our team at World Travel, Inc. As a remote worker, you will provide top-notch technical support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless navigation of our online booking tools, including Concur Travel, Deem, GetThere, TravelBank, and our WorldMobile App.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous, timely, and accurate issue resolution to customers via phone, email, and chat functionality
- Provide expert navigation, troubleshooting, and solutions for inquiries concerning all online booking tools
- Assist customers with online tool navigation, password resets, and building profiles
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Organize daily tasks to prioritize client support calls, chats, and emails
- Open service desk tickets to report online issues and ensure prompt resolution
- Stay up-to-date on online tool releases, product enhancements, and current events related to the travel industry
- Support customers with World Travel, Inc. proprietary tools
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience using Concur Travel, Deem, GetThere, and TravelBank
- 1-3 years of experience with Sabre or Apollo Global Distribution System (Cryptic/Graphical capability preferred)
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a travel agency setting
- Expert Microsoft Office skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with a customer service focus
- Comfortable and professional in customer-facing situations
- Independent worker who is a self-starter and willing to learn
