SourceCo is seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual with a knowledge of finance to join our team as a Junior M&A Analyst and Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with a team of experienced investment bankers and sales experts to identify and generate transaction opportunities for our clients, primarily private equity firms, family offices, and corporations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client investment strategies to identify new opportunities
- Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound targets
- Cold-calling targets based on their engagement, over 150 calls per day required
- Keeping our CRM up to date with relevant information about targets
- Assisting with external and internal weekly reports
- Conducting research based on the client's strategy
- Researching methods to engage clients and get them to respond through our outreach
- Effectively partnering and working across the sales, operations, and M&A teams
- Collaborating closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
